Can u tell the penis size by looking at their pants when the guy is walking? cause i was walking past this grade 9er and i am grade 10 and he was right infront of me walking opposite from where i am going and he was like(probably talking to a friend) "his is smaller than mine and he is older than me too",, but he wasn't looking at my croch he was walking,,, so was he talking about me or what,,,confusing me,

you are paranoid....
you cant tell exactly cuz its soft, and it can be tiny when soft but huge when hard... so give it a rest....
or it could even remain relativly the same size soft or hard....

Depends on the type of pants. Sometimes, you can. I always love it when I catch a girl checking out my buldge.
Jersey (track) pants, PJ pants and sweat pants do the trick just nicely.
