I don't know anyone who affirms you can find reasons for everything in the Bible.
However if you would like to avoid eternal damnation, that you can find in the Bible.
I don't think there are any instructions on how to make an angel food cake.

The burning of the Library at Alexandria The persecution of Galileo The limitations set on De Vincie The persecution of Turing to his suicide Just a few NB: The Taliban's crusade against female education is too small to halting progress. However, the Creationist crusade against science education is as much a threat.

Well, we don't have all the answers in the 'Good Book'. And I can admit that. What I would say though that if there is a culmination of correct scientific data, we will find mystery behind it all. There will be even more questions that we want answered. This is because we are limited to the kinds of information that we can know. We have a universe that seems fathomless, and I think that a fathomless creator created it.

Honest science does not discard evidence because it might lead somewhere that they don't want.
In the book of Romans you will find that God has made His invisible atributes known in His creation. Therefore science is truly the study of God and His works.
You can see a stack of 12 rocks on the side of a trail and you would not hesitate to state that someone stacked them yet rocks are stacked by nature all of the time. You are able to spot the evidence of purpose and not randomness in that rock stack.
So how can you look at the incredible complexity of even so called "simple cells" each peice with purpose and think "random event"?
You can't, this is called the denial of the truth.

Well that is true. The word of GOD stands alone and needs nothing to hold it up it is simply truth. but i think that those that are ill informed of this glorious truth should put a halt on science, at least until they discover the truth of the bible because science is just a confirmation and evidence of everything that is said in the bible..

"I heard we can find answers for virtually everything in the Bible"....What you heard was not true, misquoted, or you took it out of context.

There are a lot of answers in the Bible, but obviously it does not tell me how to do integral calculus or how to build a 747. Nor does my calculus text tell me how to help a friend work through the grief of a still-born child.

But since you now have a 'quote' from somebody who allegedly said this, it 'proves' to you what you already believed - that the Bible is totally worthless.

Your 'question' is not a true question - it is simply more screaming from an electronic soapbox. Do you even read the responses to your 'questions."?

No, science is just on an entirely different level. Even believers who study the Bible couldn't say that the answers to "everything" are in it. It doesn't say anything about atoms or medicine or anything like that. Science teaches a little beyond personal beliefs.

Men like Issac Newton had no problem both trusting the Bible and exploring the world.

Modern day science is hell-bent on contradicting the Bible by fabrication and purposeful misinterpretation of evidence.

The greatest science fiction stories told today begin with, "Billions and Billions of years ago..."

Actually, you can find the answers to everything in Astrology; would you therefore forego studying Astronomy?? You can theoretically discover "all the answers" in any number of disciplines, but only if "believe" in that single source as irrefutable. In order truly to advance human knowledge and your own broad-minded view of life and the Universe in which you reside, you or we must endeavor to explore all avenues available to us before reaching the conclusion that we are in possession of the final word upon everything!

You must have heard wrong. I read in here a muslim saying that the "holy" quran has science that explains the world written in its many confusing passages.

That and something about words that talk to each other. Or something like that.
