How can I lose my Pop Belly
It is about 38" and Im 14 years old. Pleae honestly. I am about 5 foot 9. I weigh about 200lbs. I also Started Weight Training. I dont know how many Sit ups to do and how many Push-ups to do? I dont kno how many Arm Curls to do as well.

since we cant choose which body parts to lose the weight off it just has to be overall weight loss.
situps alone will not help - they will only make your belly look bigger since there is gona be more muscle underneath the layer of fat.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Heavy weights, cardio and a healthy diet is the only way to get good abs and to lose fat. It wont matter how many situps you do, it wont get rid of the flab. You have to burn it off.

You should be doing at least 3-4 sets of 10 -14 reps with your
weight training.

first u dont have to do abs exercise if u have some fat in your body..first u have to jog or do swimming to lose weight...after that when the fat burns already...thats the time u have to do abs exercises like push ups coz if u can't burn it first then the fat will be become muscles and u still look bigger. exercise is the best way to lose fat and right diet too. eat lots of fiber in every meal.
