If you are a young teen, you could still grow - especially if it's less than two years since you hit puberty.
1] sleep at least 8 hours a night
2] eat a quality diet - lean protein, whole grains, lots of fruits and veggies, lean dairy
3] take a multivitamin with minerals every day
4] drink 1/2 gallon of water a day - it will help flush the toxins out
5] DON'T smoke, drink or do drugs.
6] limit caffiene

You can actually keep growing up until age 22, i'd concentrate on keeping tone lean muscle (not building muscle mass) if you want to make short legs look longer
