No heavy weight lifting, lifting heavy objects, or things that can keep my growth plates from not growing. And, if possible, no running.

Hey I'm trying to shed a few pounds too and it worked really well.
First of all you have to eat equally to how much you excersise.
It kind of depends where you want to loose weight. but i use easy tricks without going to the gym or sports or anything
try doing 100 curlups
maybe about 50 lunges
and if you can do more than that it would work too!
Also I do this and eat from 500 calories to 1,400 calories a day to stay balanced. I've been doing this, at first i weighed 110 but ive lost 5 pounds in 5 days from doing this
good luck reply back if you need

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

so pretty much you are asking for a miracle via putting no input and expecting an output.... heh' just kidding...

But, you can try bicycling. That is a good cardiovascular exercise. You probably want to focus on cardiovascular in order to lose body fat. Also don't eat stupid crap like Doritos and cheeseburgers.

If you really want to do something you can find a way to achieve it. If you can't, your not trying hard enough or thinking the wrong way.

Step aerobics are low impact but high calorie burners and great cardio work outs.
