'Ojaberi' is not a Japanese word as far as I know.
I guess it is 'oshaberi'.
'Oshaberi' is to chat or to talk, or a talkative person.

"oshaberi" means someone who is very talkative, or to talk. I'm not pulling up anything on "ojaberi" on my Canon dictionary.
