Im getting a tatto of the worlds smallest violen with the the phrase "Tough TItties" in latin... I can recgonize a little latin so please no jokes.

I'm not English mother tongue and then it's possible I don't understand exactly the meaning of 'tough titties'.
If you mean "cute boobs" I would translate into Latin
AMABILES MAMMAE or AMOENAE MAMMAE
If you mean "hard nipples" I would translate as
"DURAE PAPILLAE"
All above words are interchangeable and then you can say
AMABILES PAPILLAE or DURAE MAMMAE ect.
You can use also "UBER" a neuter noun to translate the
women's breast/teat and in this case plural would be
"UBERA" that modifies the adjectives into AMABILIA, AMOENA and DURA and hence complete wording would be
AMABILIA UBERA or AMOENA UBERA or DURA UBERA.
You can chose the one you like the most.
