Go visit your dentist and get them whitening correctly with a whitening kit. Trays are made for your mouth. You can get Day White .use:..twice a day for 1/2 hr or Night White ...you wear at night for a least 5hr. Using drug store products is OK and the kit may be cheaper, but when doing the math, it takes more product to get the results you would get from dentist's kit.
Don't use peroxide and baking soda too ofter, in time your teeth will lose their shine and became sensitive and translucent.

The home products work ok, but overusing them can cause real problems. The best thing to do is look for a good deal in a dental promotion. A dentist could whiten your teeth much better than the home products -- and do it with a single treatment.

I'm a sporean.Actually i'm involved in a biz and is distributing toothpaste. The name of this toothpaste is CALCIUM WHITENING and is frm Japan. It has many benefits.Most importanly, it does nt contain tricolsan, a chemical which is found in toothpaste like darlie,colgate,other toothpaste tt they sell in the market. When tis chemical reacts with chlorine found in tap water, it will produce a cancer causing agent that will risk yr health. then, at the same time, removes plaque,kills bad breath, prevent gum diseases, whiten the teeth and it has a rare alkaline base of ph7.8 and above. the original price of tis toothpaste is $30 but now i'm selling it for $19. it is worth the price coz of its benefits and we have the sole distributorship in the whole of southeast asia so u can only find tis toothpaste in our company.
So, since u r finding a way to whiten yr teeth at home, why not give it try? i really want to benefit my consumer nt to harm my consumers. For further equiries or if u r interested in tis toothpaste or any health related products, pls call/msg mi @81611950 or add/email me @ evangeline_liew@hotmail.com.
i really hope to hear from u soon.
thx=)

There are a lot of products and items out there and there are good ways to use them. I reccomend u brush your teeth three times a day (after each meal). As for the products, get toothpastes that SAY whitening and it's best to use toothbrushes that have a rotator. Get the real items instead of those who have the useless bells and whistles. One more thing, DON'T OVER DO IT! IT CAN HARM YOUR TEETH!!!

Honestly,the best advice i can give to whiten your teeth is to brush them 3 to 4 times daily with a whitening toothpaste.My teeth have whitenened a lot over a period of time by just doing that.A lot of bleaching kits sold is stores aren't that affective.You can go get your teeth bleached professionally.

Also,avoid tea,coffee,and soda.They set permanent stains.

Avoid smoking and sugary foods, and use a whitening toothpaste. If your teeth are naturally yellowish, don't try too hard to whiten them as it's the colour of the enamel protecting your teeth; to get rid of the enamel means you'll be prone to decay and other nasties
