Belief in Christ Jesus and his teachings - the god of Abraham is also the father of Jesus Christ our lord and savior. This is all in the King James Bible if one wishes to learn more simply seek out a copy of the text or ask many questions here - knowledge is said to be power. AMEN!

1 Corinthians 15:1-4 says, “Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures.”

In a nutshell, that is the belief of Christianity. Christianity is unique among all other faiths, because Christianity is more about a relationship, rather than religious practice. Instead of adhering to a list of “dos and don’ts,” the goal of a Christian is to cultivate a close walk with God the Father. That relationship is made possible because of the work of Jesus Christ, and the ministry in the life of the Christian by the Holy Spirit.

For purposes of definition, any person who claims to be a Christian is a Christian, and any person who others call a Christian is a Christian.
Otherwise, there is no single characteristic that all Christians hold in common.
In any other context, Christianity would be defined by its origins, historical development, or the majority of characteristics held by its adherants.

Christianity, in short, is a religion founded upon the life and teachings of a first-century Jew named Jesus. Its influences included both Judaism and Hellenistic paganism, and it was originally one of many "Mystery Religions" observed in the ancient world (comparable to the religions of Eleusis, Adonis, Attis, Osiris, Mithras, Tammuz, etc.)

yes, title depending.

if you accept Jesus Christ as your personal Lord (God, owner) and Savior you are a Christian. you must be born into His family (be born again, saved)

sects that I don't consider Christian are JW, Mormon (LDS), some Catholics, cultics (those who explicitly worship Mary, an angekl, etc), agnostics (a lot call them christians), muslims (or any faith really that sees Jesus only as a prophet), the strictly pious non-personal with God types and anyone who refers to themself as Christian but is non-trinitarian or doesn't believe Jesus Christ is the Only Way.

idolaters (anyone who worships a deity in place of or along side of God) and any religions.

I believe if you're gunna be labelled, call yourself after the master and not the servant, that's why JWs, Mormons etc. don't fit the bill.

yes, I worship the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob; the Trinity

I'm not a Christian.
A Christian religion follows Jesus Christ.
Most religions aren't Christian.
My religion does not worship the God of Abraham.

You need to learn to spell and ask questions better.

A Christian adheres to what Jesus taught, have self assurance on what Jesus mentioned approximately what is going to ensue, holds directly to the theory that Jesus gets back. Fellow Christians help one yet another. relating to the fake Christians, they're to be led/taught how issues must be because of the fact we've the Bible for traditional. do they manage fake Christians as borthers and sisters ? <<==they're dealt with as defective human beings, so they must be led. does that then mean that there are incredibly no real Christians, merely Christians? <<==form of ^^;; i wish you at the instant are not anticipating that we are already suitable on a similar time as we are nonetheless living interior the corrupt international.
