i know a pharmacist who has erratic behavior and seems to have no conscience. I've wondered if they were using. Is there a way I can report them to get them checked out?

It is actually more common than people think for pharmacists to have drug addictions basically because they have access to the addictive medications.

You can confidentially report the pharmacists to the state board of pharmacy in your state and they will do an investigation to see whats up. if the pharmacist has a true addiction, they can actually get help, not loose their license, and possibly even practice again if they are successful with their steps to recovery. You can go to www.nabp.net and you can find more information that might lead you in the right direction.

It's not common. When you compare it to the country at large, it is slightly elevated. You can contact the state board of pharmacy.

What drug store? Part of a chain?

Call their CEO and report it.

I have reported you for abuse. Do not post rude or irrelevant answers to my posts again just to rack up points. I appreciate it.
