I want to loose belly fat, what kind of foods should i avoid eating?

Prune juice or dried prunes will help with your constipation. You should avoid fatty foods and excessive carbs to lose fat.

They whey protein probably makes you constipated because it is a milk product. You might try a soy protein, or eat more foods like peanuts (which is actually a bean), beans, nuts, and meat products (this includes eggs). When increasing your proteins, make sure you're doing more activities like walking and drink lots of water and make sure you're getting enough fiber in your foods. These actions help with constipation.

try using either whey protein isolate, soy protein isolate or egg white protein for use after exercise. if you want to complete avoid protein powders then having some cooked egg whites after exercise would be the best solution. egg whites are high in branched chained amino acids
