It hurt to go to the bathroom i feel it there it just hurts alot to go am i constipated what do i have to take or do i dont have alot of money ( i just had a baby 4 weeks ago )

Okay, first of all, DON'T STRAIN!!!! Don't do it! There are several remedies.... more water! Lots and lots of water. Eat more raw fruits and veggies. Try an enema. Drink a glass of warm water as soon as you wake up, then be patient. Add fiber to your diet with green foods...like spinach and lettuces. Metemucil (sp?). If all else fails, see a doctor.

You have a common problem after childbirth.
Take a stool softner daily till it works (maybe $2.50 for 100 tabs). Increase your fiber and drink more water. Your breast milk may be dehydrating you.
If you are really uncomfortable, take a Mag Citrate (about a buck fifty) to clear yourself and then start the routine above. Magnesium citrate is a saline laxative available in the drug store.

Try a coffee enema, make some coffee ,about one pot,let cool down,use enema equipment-water bottle,and enema hose, place into anus with a half of the water bottle empty,then you will be going to the bathroom within a few minutes. This well clean you out completely and you'll feel the best forever after words.

I agree. You definally want to go back to the doctor and voice your concerns. Blockage can occur. Congrats on your new baby. Hope you get to feeling better.

Start taking some vitamin E and and flax oil. This should help, but if not, you have no choice but to take a laxative.

You need to see a doctor to make sure that you don't have a blockage of some sort.
