Don´t get me wrong, it´s just that I was pretty hung over, slept 3 hours only, and on top of that I´m very freaking depressed... I missed the day and I just felt like I wanted to hang myself, I could´ve made it, although it would´ve been late, I´m also pretty sick, lets say that I have a weak stomach... So battered as I am.... I don´t know what´s the best thing to say, I got some receit from a doctor on my stomach issue but that wont be enough. What´s the best thing to say??

Did you call in to say that you were not going to be there? That would be considered a nocall/noshow if you didn't. I would just tell them that you were sick. You don't have to go into detail, since it is not their business, unless this turns into a chronic problem. In my job we are allowed to miss seven days within a years time. If we go above that then we get reprimanded. This is the procedure: verbal warning, written warning, 3 days off, 5 days off, indefinite time off, termination. So if this is a one time thing and if you did call in, then you should be fine

Depending on which state (of even country) you are in, or your company's policies, you don't always need documentation.
What were your symptoms? Headache, nausea...that sounds sick to me. It shouldn't matter whether it was self-inflicted.
If you were chopping onions, and almost cut your finger off, and went to the emergency room to have it sewn up, wouldn't that be counted as a sick day?
On the other hand, it never hurts to have a friend who's a doctor heheheh

This depends on where you work and what you expect to happen. Do you expect to get paid for it? Do you expect them to totally believe you and not be irritated? If those are true I can't help. If you just want a day off call in and say "hey I am too sick to come in as I am throwing up. Sorry got to go be sick" and hang up.

Tell the truth and ask for help. If you are otherwise a good worker, your employer will most likely help you. Depression will not go away by itself. People can deal with the truth, lies they cannot. Losing your job is not your biggest concern. Getting help for your depression may be your bigger concern. Once you get that under control you will be able to deal with life better and have a good job. Right now it sounds like you're dealing with your depression by getting drunk, high or whatever. That is the way some people try to deal with it, quite unsuccessfully. Please get help. Life doesn't have to be that way.

Don't say anything ( i Hope you phoned to say you weren't coming) and my answer is based on this. Don't say anything except you were sick and feel better now, don't expand the explanation for anyone. And next time, don't let alcohol run your life.!

Try to be as honest as you can and sugar coat what you have to,you know your employer and we don't,so you will be more inclined to know yourself how to get out of this one.Apologize, profusely, and promise you will never let it happen again..Tell him/her what they want to hear. It's worked for me several times in the past.B.S your way to another payday.
