I'm sure I did alot when I was young. Then for the next 40 years, it only happened when I got suddenly sick. Well nowadays, I just dont take no chances. Something about Shakespeares seven stages of life. Think I'm edging on step 6 for sure and maybe seven.
It would get more embarrassing as you get older. So far, I have kept the embarrassment at home. I know I used to sleep 10-12 hours and never get up to go. Now it is more like 3-4 times in 8 hours.

NO! But I wish I did. I wake up with excitement from dreams because I thought I peed myself and I stand up and I am still dry. Same with pooping. I did have a really wet fart one time but never did I find a goose neck fly out of my back door while wearing clothes. This all happened during childhood. If it happened now I'd laugh because I'm an adult and it would be funny putting poopy pants in the washer.
Could you imagine someone saying "There's a turd in the washing machine and it's your load of clothes."

everyday.. its not that embarrassing anymore since it happens everyday.
