Use this link to find information on how soon you need to get an Oklahoma driver's license.

You can keep your Texas license until it expires. Then you will need to get a new one anyway. That's when most people get their new driver's license in a new state.

I have moved back and forth from Texas to Oklahoma many times.

You have 30 days. It won't be suspended, but you may very well get a citiation for an invalid license if you're stopped. Been there, done that, in OK.
