I realize these are not the brightest bulbs on the basement ceiling, but if you're going to go on and on and on and on after your usual fashion, wouldn't it be intelligent to identify the (I assume) public figure about whom you are currently obsessing? Is this some tv thing? Educated people don't really spend a lot of time there. That's why we call it the boob tube. So,anyway - just to drag you all back in touch with reality - who pray tell exactly is this Kirk Cameron you're all yabbling about suddenly?

You people are so stupid it's mind-boggling. The question for those who are literate - to some degree - is who the hell is he? I don't care if he's a fundie they're as stupid as any atheist. I said who the hell is he,duh. You're the ones on R&S who keep babbling about him,my point above being that it's obviously not occured to you to suggest his identity instead of just assuming everyone lives for the mass media. Now do you understand the question? Probably not. Good Lord, you and your fundie counterparts are obviously what Wilde was thinking about when he said "stupidity will never die".

Your age is showing......

Kirk Cameron is a teen star from the 1980's. He was on a TV show called "Growing Pains" (which incidentally is where Leonardo DiCaprio got his start - I know you've heard of him).

Anyway, like Willie Aimes (another teen star from the 80's who went on to be a Bible Superhero for kids), Kirk Cameron became a "born-again" Christian and now stars in a Christian video series called "The Way of the Master." It's really funny stuff. We atheists like to make fun of it. Because it's really, really bad. I mean REALLY BAD!!!!

Oh, and Kirk Cameron also starred in one (or more) of the Left Behind movies. He's a real nutcase these days.

Quoting Cameron: "Well, I first think that they ought to call a veterinarian, not me. You know, I'm not the religious-conspiracy-theorist go-to guy, particularly," Cameron said. "But I think it's really kind of silly to try to equate birds falling out of the sky with some kind of an end-times theory." CNN - 0 Cameron - 1

Are you asking who Kirk Cameron is? Because he is not the atheists, or even agnostic. Kirk Cameron is a one time child star that has turned Evangelical.

Athiest are by nature fiercly independent minded, and unlikely to worship one particular persons opinion.

You're a frightened follower by nature, so I guess even some lightweight twit like Kirk Cameron will do for you.

He was in some show in the 80's. Now he's a "born again" christian with some oddball show I've seen clips of on the Internet. He attacks people with Christ and he's not the sharpest knife in the drawer.

Kirk Cameron is part of Christianity's intellectual A-Team, as far as I can tell.

Are you insane? Are you saying Kirk's an ATHEIST?

KC makes me cry. A teen idol to millions, and he takes the wrong path. So sad.

*snicker*

No, Kirk Cameron is a Christian evangelist. He comes up with the most ridiculous arguments for the existence of god. Bananas, crocoducks, coca cola cans, etc... you name it.

He does for Creationism, what the Jonestown Kool-Aid did for children's drinks.
