I don't care for them, as I don't think they are as healthy as they claim to be. On every list of ingredients on Quaker products (except their oatmeal and instant oatmeal) high fructose corn syrup is in the first three or four ingredients. I've also seen partially hydrogentated oil listed in them too. That may add a trivial amount of trans fat, but it's still not for me.
Kashi granola bars are a better choice, I think. They're as cheap as Quaker, if not cheaper. (At one store I shop, the Quaker bars are $3.something. At another grocery I shop at, the Kashi are under $3 a box.) Also, the Kashi is all natural. I also buy chocolate chip granola bars from Trader Joe's for $1.99. (Trader Joe's is a chain of low prices health food stores.) They're also all natural. TJ's also has some fruit and grain bars similar to Nutri-Grain bars, but with real fruit, real sugar (no high fructose corn syrup), and whole grains, also for around $2.
I use the granola bars for portable snacks, but not for meals.
