how can i use photoshop to replace travis hafners face with mine?

im using cs2. im doing a spanish thing were i hafto either draw or make a pic of me doing sumthing baseballish. so i figure y not replace my favorite indians player with mine. can any one help me out?

The process is really too intensive and complex (doing it right) to go into here, especially when there are many tutorials available online that show how to do this kind of image manipulation.
