I would definitely say Augusta National, not just because of the course & it's wonderful design, but also the tradition and who has played & won at that course.
Some of the other suggestions like TPC Sawgrass and Torrey Pines are great courses, but although expensive--they can be played by the general public. That's another consideration when I think of picking one course to play from the PGA Tour list.

One of the most reknown golf courses on the PGA Tour is The Pines in Augusta, Georgia. Not only is this one of the most challenging courses, it is also one of the most beautiful. I have never had the privilege of being on the course; but, have had the opportunity to motor around it. The scenery around The Pines is magnificent. I can only imagine the thrill of actually playing there, and possibly winning a "green jacket".

My first choice would be Augusta National but I would also like to try Winged Foot and Pebble Beach as alternates. I thin Augusta has great design and beauty while Winged Foot is close to home and I've been to the recent majors there in 1997 and 2006. I think Pebble is the coolest of them all though in terms of the ocean and the weather and the par 3's.

TPC Saw grass!
I have my best stats on Tiger Woods 2002 on TPC Saw grass, and so I think I would like to try that course out for real

I would have to pick Augusta, just because of the tradition. If the pros themselves are in awe everytime they play there, that's good enough for me.

Where would a Pro-Am have to be played for Jordan to hit his ball into the Woods and Woods to hit his ball into the Jordan?
That would be the perfect place to play.

Yeah, it'd be Augusta because most of the other ones, even if I like them better, you can just pay and play. But Augusta, not anyone can go and play.
