I actually purchased the product and I'm not trying to steal or anything but it keeps telling me that I cannot put in the code more than once and I don't know what that means!

Okay I looked it up on the website and it says that if you enter the same code more than three times you can't use it anymore but I've only entered it once on this computer.

Call the Microsoft Activation number, they will help you.
If you have installed it on more than one computer then you will need to buy another copy.

Microsoft and their DRM have taken another victim, it seems.

Call Microsoft, and maybe they'll give you a number.

Are you trying to install Office on a new computer (when you had already installed it on a different one?) If so, then that's probably the issue, and be sure to tell MS that when you call them.

You can call microsoft and they can help you if you purchased it. If I was at home I would give you several different serials. I will try to remember when I get off work.

the answer would be the same if you asked if anyone would help you rob a bank, NO! pirating software is illegal, don't do it. and please spell Microsoft correctly next time. You could use openoffice, it is free. not as high quality as Microsoft Office but nonetheless it is free.

It means you cannot put in the code more than once. You should not have a computer.
