A bit of hair loss is normal. Read these articles for more information:
http://www.kidshealth.org/teen/diseases_conditions/skin/hair_loss.html

Some tips to minimize loosing hair due to damage:
1) Use a wide toothed comb after you wash your hair. Start removing tangles at the bottom to avoid tugging at your hair.
2) Do not wear hairstyles that are tightly pulled. (i.e. tight ponytails or braids)
3) Use good quality hair accessories. http://www.ehow.com/how_17121_select-hair-accessories.html
4) Use a super absorbent microfiber hair towel (ex. Aquis or The Body Shop) to minimize drying time.
5) Apply a bit of jojoba oil or leave in conditioner to add sheen and protect your hair.
6) Brush or comb out your hair before shampooing it. When I had long hair I made sure to emulsify the shampoo in the palms of my hands before applying it to my scalp to ensure even distribution. I concentrated on massaging my scalp and gently squeezed the lather through the rest of my hair to avoid getting it tangled. I also combed my hair out in the shower while it had conditioner in it & gently rinsed it out.
7) Never use a brush on wet hair. You hair is most susceptible to tearing then.

Stop making use of shampoo. Mix one hundred grams every of shikakai powder, reetha powder and amla powder. Take three tablespoons of this combo with water and make a tender paste. Massage Dabur Vatika Enriched Almond Hair Oil two hours earlier than washing hair. After two hours, practice the paste in every single place the scalp and hair. Massage calmly till it lathers. Rinse off. Do this two instances every week.

There are many methods to make our hair grow faster, shine , glitter in natural ways without using chemicals. Learn here https://bitly.im/aMMgr Men, and sometimes women, notice that their hair is thinning prematurely for several different reasons. Age, menopause, pregnancy, genetics, illness, and other factors all play a role in hair loss. Sure, you can use drugs or you can go in for a hair transplant or fusion, but sometimes the easiest, most inexpensive solution, is to try to stop hair loss naturally.

It is perfectly normal to lose 200 hairs a day. To prevent extra hair loss when you have a tangle use a wide tooth comb and start from the bottom and when in the shower use a conditoner and comb through your hair with a wide tooth comb. Dont worry your not going bald! Hope this works out!

There are a lot of reasons why your hair could be falling out more than normal. Stress, poor nutrition, bad shampoo+conditioner, even PMS. Don't worry about it too much and just make sure you're being healthy and treating your hair with care.

I think you should always seek a professional when it comes to your hair falling out. Considering any medications you may take-this could be a side effect, then consult a dermatologist. It wouldn't hurt to hear their opinion. If not, I would e-mail Jazma-there great for answering hair questions. Last but sometimes least, consult a RELIABLE beautician who is more interested in hair care than hair sells. God Bless!

Well it depends on how much is coming out, but this seems normal. I'm about the same age and the same thing started happening to me in middle school, but it didn't really affect me. I think it's just the water and shampoo/ conditioner rinsing out your loose hairs.

I was reading recently that it is caused by a mineral deficiency, just wish I remembered which mineral. You might want to google it.
