If you dont like him then act like you dont know, find a picture of some guy and take it to work with you and show it around telling people that its a picture of your new boyfriend, then the guy will probably leave you alone a while. He will be a little heart broken, but its the best way to let him down (nonverbally that is).

I would suggest you do no.2 becuase you won't have any feelings for him and if you flirt with him he will think you like him.It's better not to have a relationship that isn't based on love.
