i made a mistake in comand prompt. and no proqrams open now. and i want to know how could i fix it?

like the question says;;i made a mistake in comand prompt;;writinq mumble jumble because i was bored. so then after i exit comand prompt;;i tried to open a proqram from the icon on meh desktop and it wouldn`t open;;it show`z this little icon that make`z it look like yuh don`t have it installed on yur computer at all. and im wonderinq if i could fix it. by rebootinq meh computer in a different mode. and please don`t tell meh to do system restore;;that DOES not work. at all;; as i said earlierl;;no proqrams work. so pleasee!! help!!
