After long"orientations" at school, talking to my mom, or being with certain people, i feel exhausted and lose my enthusiasm. A few people i really admire seem fresh to the experience even after tedious travel, orientations or other obstacles. Does anyone ever feel like this too? Any tips on staying sensitive?

You don't have to stay sensitive. It may not be how you are wired and it is okay. You lose your enthusiasm not from being jaded. Maybe it is from being bored or tired. May you are the kinda person who needs to be more active. Cut yourself some slack

don't become oheavily opinionated
be open to new ideas
a jaded person sees something that they don't agree with and basically says "no, i dont agree" and doesnt think twice about it
