Insanity is a legal term. You sound like you are suffering from anxiety and may or may not have Panic Disorder, a biological brain disorder. Just having a panic attack does not mean you have the disorder. You need to be evaluated by a mental health professional who can help you find some relief. Ask your parents for help, see your school nurse, guidance counselor, or other mental health professionals. Keep asking for help until you get it!

Signs & Symptoms
People with panic disorder have feelings of terror that strike suddenly and repeatedly with no warning. During a panic attack, most likely your heart will pound and you may feel sweaty, weak, faint, or dizzy. Your hands may tingle or feel numb, and you might feel flushed or chilled. You may have nausea, chest pain or smothering sensations, a sense of unreality, or fear of impending doom or loss of control.
Treatment
Effective treatments for panic disorder are available, and research is yielding new, improved therapies that can help most people with panic disorder and other anxiety disorders lead productive, fulfilling lives.

You are going to be ok. You need to talk to your doctor and explain all of your symptoms. You are suffering from anxiety and I know it sucks, but it will get better. I had a friend who used to get panic attacks in school and they would call me down to help calm her. I have since had a few, but didn't realize what they were because the minute an attack would start I knew that I needed to just relax and breath calmly. My focus was always on getting myself back together so I can move on with my day. You may just be suffering from the occasional panic attack associated with stress like your language test that you need to take. Some people suffer from these types of feeling regularly even if they are not so obvious as with an attack. Mention this to your doctor....if you do normally feel anxious or if this is new for you. I know it's hard to imagine, but you will feel like yourself again soon.

Sounds like hormones... I think what you've described happens to everyone when they're going through puberty. You're insecure, very aware of any attention directed toward you, you can't control some of your feelings.
Solution? Live. Learn. Cry. Hurt. Go insane. Tell everyone that actually criticizes you to bugger off. Find friends experiencing the same thing and generate a deep bond with them that you'll laugh about later in life.

You need to talk to a doctor. There are some wonderful medicines that can help you: xanax for example. Panic attacks can be controlled, it is unpleasant so you may want to see professional help.

You are not insane. Insane people think they are normal. You sound like stress has caused a chemical imbalance. Talk to your doctor about the symptoms you are having

Seek medical help IMMEDIATELY. Talk to someone you are close to and have them help you out. If it's anxiety, there's ways to help cope, like meditation and breathing practices, massage therapy, and of course, prescription drugs. They will help calm you and help you learn how to work with intense situations.
