1) Exfoliate. Products I like:
Aveeno Positively Radiant Daily Cleansing Pads - smooth on one side & textured on the other for extra exfoliation.
Murad AHA/BHA face wash - exfoliates w/ the AHA/BHA & jojoba beads.
Avon Microdermabrasion Scrub - evenly sized granules, no added fragrance, rinses clean. Highly effective w/o irritation.
2) Use a Mask
Neutrogena Clear Pore Cleanser/Mask - I prefer to use it as a mask. It has clay & benzoyl peroxide.
Or you can crush up 6 plain, uncoated aspirin tablets and mix it w/ a little water to make mask.
Or use one of these variations to make a cleanser or mask:
Mixture: 6 crushed aspirins, mixed with the liquid facial cleanser at hand (I usually use either cetaphil or tersaseptic), and 1-2 drops of tea tree oil.
Mix half a teaspoon of crushed tablets with Queen Helene Mint Julep mask and aloe vera gel.
Hold 6 aspirin in palm, and slowly dripp water onto them until they fizzle and dissolve! Once dissolved, add 2-3 drops of honey into it and mix it around with finger. Apply to face. Keep it on 15-20 mins.
Mix 6 aspirin tablets with a little aloe to make a mask.
3) Use a toner: 8 ounce bottle of distilled water add four uncoated aspirin

Some people like the Biore pore strips. Others like masks or toners w/ salicylic acid. ex) http://www.neutrogena.com/ProductsDetails_179.asp?lProductLineID=13

wash your face with soap or a cleansing substance wats possibly a natural substance 2 times a day, and use mosturiser if it dries your skin out. dont use that clearasil/clean and clear stuff because you'll just have spots for a longer period of time coz your skin tryes to produce more oil or summat so you just get worser skin even if you mosturise

Squeeze them like a mother and deal with the pain or ask ur doctor to remove it painlessly. Then they will give u a scar cream and the scars will be gone.

you need to buy an extractor it hurts but it does the job. steam your face before though they will come out alot easier. do not use the strips they push them further in you're nose.

Just pick 'em out. It's gross, and will probably leave your nose full of tiny pits, but trust me, it's all for the best.
