Is it possible that he will ever love again or should I give up?

if you feel you have the patience to make it work, then i would suggest you give it a shot BUT do not put all your eggs in one basket. considering that he is not truly in it 100%, I think you should see other people. focus on him when he is with you. but you need to be fulfilled and clearly by your question, he can not fulfill your needs 100% at this time. Take your time and understand where his head is at. As long as you understand that, you will be ok and enjoy yourself. he may come around and realize just how fabulous you are!!!!!

You cannot heal his heart, only he can do that. You can be supportive and loving and caring; but he has to come to the conclusion of wanting to move on.
Many people go on to love again, after a bad break-up or divorce, but it can take a long time for them to begin to move forward.
If you truly care about this man, and feel that he is worth the wait; go for it.
Patience is going to be the key here. Best of luck to you.

Not easy but possible. He just needs to be reminded of his capacity to love, and gently ease him back into the game :)

he can heal, but its not anything u can do to heal him. he has to do it on his own. mostly time heals all wounds. depending on the situatoin, and the guys outlook he might harbor bitter feelings and take it out on the next...
