Nothing. If your parents are overprotective then you should move out to get your freedom. Don't worry about the eagle eyes watching you, if they don't have anything better to do than to spy on you that's their problem not yours.

because obviously if you have a partner then you are old enough to have your own place.
I think that it is rude to have a prthner in your parents house.
