Im going to not sugar coat this. You can either let the past haunt you and stuff up any chance of happyness you will have in the present, or you can morn the passing of the girlfriend for a specified period of time, then after that get over it and get on with life.

I think it would be an insult to the girlfriend if you walked around all broken hearted, i doubt she would want that for you.

There is no easy way. It just takes time and healing. It's all natural and you should take some time of to grief and get over everything. Remember the good times and for her, make an effort to keep going on with your life. Talk to people including girls, even if its just for friendship sake. Good Luck.

Accept the fact that people dies! Everybody... Let bygone be bygone. Be busy. It helps ur subconcious mind to slowly forget about the loss. And why girls r so important at this time? They dont. U can survive without one, at least 4 the time being. U'll know when the time comes. Just take it easy, one step at a time... Good luck!

My friend recently lost her fiance and at times she just breaks down and cries but she is slowly healing. Unfortunatley if you did love her time can only heal it. It is probably to soon for you to think a bout dating if this is recent though. Take time and grieve.

I'm so sorry...really...
Just let time do its healing.
It's not just words...I know exactly where you are right now.
When the right girl comes she'll find a way to open up your heart again and find her way in.
You'll be surprised when it happens cause it'll come naturally.
Just don't push yourself and be patient and strong!
Best of luck!

Been there, believe me it stinks. You will know when you are ready to move on, trust me. I don't know how long it has been since your girlfriends death, or for how long you'd been together--don't rush to get back in the dating game. Respect what the two of you had, give yourself time to mourn. I know it sounds trite, but you will know when you're ready. Peace.
