The idea is to find a manufacturer for such a machine/device... I can build one but would rather buy one.

Pretty funny Thomas, What he means in controlled breaking, likely in a straight line, also called glass "cutting". Machines to do this up to about 48" are found in most hardware stores (for store use, not for sale) but 90" presents a challenge. I was not aware that large versions existed (probably since i never thought about it), but a quick internet search found:
