Im interested in getting breast augmentation, and i wanted to know how you pay. Do you get a loan or do you need to pay all at once? please someone tell me!

you can pay any kind of way. but yes, it is all at once. or you can get financing like a car... (the interest rate is kinda high tho, there is a schedule depending on how much you want to pay a month. mine ended up being 13%).
i paid on the financing plan at first, then transferred the rest to a credit card where the interest was 3.4% for the life of the balance.

I can't answer the payment question, but my best friend got implants in December and 2 weeks later one of them burst and she almost died from going toxic. Just make sure you know all the risks before you put that stuff in your body. Call me Debbie Downer, but I just wanted to put my 2 cents out there.

Suzy is right they are risky. I had a friend whos also burst. However if you have your mind set on them yes depending on credit some places will finance them.
