I mean really, THINK about everything in this world, how it came about--- think very clearly about the human eye, how a baby is formed inside a womb....the planets, the stars-- the significance of things-- the PATTERN of things the PURPOSE of things....and you still think there is no creator? There is no need for debates on tv- there is no need for outlines of what you are going to say-- IT IS SIMPLE! Just look around and THINK. Do not ignore your conscious. The conscious that God gave you!

The funny thing is it is ignorant NOT to believe in God! It is like wanting a blindfold over your eyes because you are "afraid" to see the truth.

And who made those genes? Don't you see, when you give an answer to a simple question there is still a CREATOR behind it! Everything that has been made, even microscopic, God made it!

Yes, I have. Everyday, in the search for knowledge and understanding. Yet, I still don't know if there is a god. How do you explain that?

Yes. But for the most part it has not particularly productive. To actually come with something new requires interaction: with the environment, to get data; with others, to refine one's views; to the literature, to see what others have come up with. Einstein did not develop Special Relativity in a vacuum: he used Michelson's data, Lorentz's mathematics, and other sources to put the theory together. In all of this, there has never been the slightest shred of evidence that any sort of god had anything to do with any of it.

Yes.
And I have concluded that there is no god.
-Life is simply the mind running the body.
-Genes tell the womb how to make the body.
-Genes come from the human's adaptive ability, so that the child can survive in the world.
-We see because the mind can interpret light.
-Planets are gigantic collections of matter.

The problem with your plan is that I know how these things came about, so the "I don't understand it, so it must be a wizard that did it" doesn't work for me.
Even if you fail to understand any of it, you may reach the conclusion that it's some god - of course, there is no reason to suppose it happens to be the judeo-christian god. Ever THOUGHT of that?
Jesus was shamelessly copied from older, cooler gods like Horus and Mithras.

There are two things I hate...mosquitos and when people say, "Look around, God must exists."
It is an argument from ignorance. It is a false dilemma. It is ridiculous to think atheists have simply not thought as much as you have.
[edit] Please note that I did not say believing in God is ignorant. The argument "I can't understand X. Therefore God exists" is an appeal to ignorance. It is the worshipping of gaps in our knowledge.

Yes! Yes! Yes! I have actually sat down and thought. I thought very hard. I realized I was forcing myself to believe things I knew were not true. I did look around and what did I see? That the world is naturally occuring. I left my belief in God and now feel very free. This did not involve fear, hatred or any other negatives. Try it.

I've thought, I've investigated, and I've studied. There are patterns, but there is no evidence of an overarching purpose.
