I need to lose a few pounds and i'm trying to eat healthy. i'm a vegetarian. i'm trying to go on a diet where i eat 150g carbs/day, 113g protein/day, 50g fat/day. what are some foods i can eat and some ways to lose weight off of my stomach?

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

i dont no of anything to eat but heres another way. Drink 2 bottles of water for about 20-30 days, every day, and try to keep away from sodas and things with alot of calories and carbohydrates, and you could lose about 5 or more pounds. And u should excercise alot.

Keep your carbohydrate (includes ALL SWEET Stuff, fruits and honey as well) and fat intake real low. There are NO known diseases that result from Carbohydrate deficiency, but there are diseases from Protein and Fat deficiency. But your fat intake should be real low as well, just the minimum. Substitute protein for carbs and fats

Im trying to lose wieght too ^_^. Me and my dad are running the metro parks. So yeah, maybe you should go running too. and im trying to eat healthy. Also, like i dont get out much so i was suprised when my dad told me to run with him. (He doesnt usually run.) So get someone to run with. Pace yourself. And do it. Good luck! Todays my first day :/

when out at a restaurant ask the server to hold the bread snack mix or chips and salsa that might come before the meal if you re hungry youll be tempted

alcohol has calories too you know sub three drinks a week for lighter versions to drop a pound a year

love a peanut butter smoothie try two tablespoons of powdered peanut butter instead
