When you email a powerpoint presentation, will the sound clips, pictures, and video clips still be there or will there just be place holders when the person you send it to views your slideshow on their computer? If not, how can I make it so they will still be in the presentation? The media i'm using is saved to my hard drive.

Make sure you convert your Powerpoint as Powerpoint Show. Steps on doing it: 1. Open the File 2. Click File - Save As 3. Put a filename 4. under the filename you will see there SAVE AS TYPE choose POWERPOINT SHOW 5. Close everything then open your Powerpoint show, it will now play automatically when open. Hope it helps.

Yes, everything will still be there. The data for the images and sound are embedded into the file as you save it. Don't Worry
