Yes shake it, that is all the good stuff.
It is very much like Worcestershire Sauce. If you turn a bottle off that upside down you will see sediment on the bottom of the bottle, particularly if it hasn't been used for several days.

Yup ur supposed to shake it
before using it, that way it mixed it all up.
I use balsamic viniger mixed with olive oil
pepper/salt and some oragano, its good on salads:)

I have a habit of shaking any bottle. I don't know why. I mean, even milk! OK, except fizzy stuff.

I always shake it gently before I use it, so you dont end up with sludge at the bottom!
