i am 13 yrs old, i weigh about 97to100 lbs. is that a good weight for me i am like 5'2''. also, how is a good way to lose like 4 lbs in like a month, i am eatin right but small portions, and i havnt been eatin meat latley, and im upsessed about my weight, do i have a problem, please answer all of my questions!!! thank you very much!!!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

For 13 and your height your weight is fine. Eating quality foods (not fast food) will keep you on the right track. You have to remember that your body will continue to change over the next few years and your nutritional needs will change as well. Don't try to starve yourself to achieve a certain size. If proper diet isn't enough, vary your exercise routine. At your age you should an array of sports available through your school to try. If those don't interest you, try dance or martial arts at an outside institute. Try not to obsess over your weight and realize that not every person was meant to look like Gisele Bundchen. When your body finishes developing, hopefully you will have an appreciation for what it looks like.

You are what you devour! lol Try to devour 6 smalls foods an afternoon. So each three hours. For illustration: one million.Oatmeal & eggs two.Banana .three Salad .four Chicken Breast & Brown Rice five. Yogert This turns out like plenty however it best comes out to two,000 calorie. Drink plenty of water and do three days of aerobic within the morning and a couple of days of sunshine weight coaching. You wont get a 6 percent like your buddy in two.five months however you probably capable to get in that 2 piece!!! Good good fortune.

At your age, a little extra weight might mean you've still got an inch or two to grow. Don't cut out protein entirely, your body needs it
