I'm assuming you mean like town newspapers or other non-subscriptional periodicals? You may want to post a neat, clear and legible sign stating that you do not wish to receive such items.... a NO TRESPASSING sign SHOULD do the trick, otherwise call the editor of the paper and ask them to no leave any items at your residence.

Tell your neighbors to keep the driveway clear at all times. It is not safe to clutter the driveway.
Tell the land lord if not your house.
