The thing is, if he likes you and acts on it... you will be cheating with him. You can tell him, but say it in a matter of fact way like, "too bad you are dating her, I think I really like-like you, but I won't let you cheat on her." If he really likes you, he will break up with her immediately.

Arrg, i swear ive answered this before, but here goes. Im in a similar situation, but im not about to go all romeo and juliet and get down on one knee and declare my love for her at some random time of the night. Why you may ask, because if you was a friend of his you would let him be where he is most happiest.
If the girlfriend he has at current isnt going to work then so be it, then you will have a chance to get in. But if you can avoid it dont go confusing the poor guy by blurring the lines of friendship and saying oh i love you man, wanna have your kids (etc).
Do you know if the feeling is 2 sided. If it is then perhaps you have something to persue :)

Just tell it like it is. Say to your friend, your my best friend in the whole world and I don't want to lose your friendship. I know you have a girlfriend, and I might be just a little out of line, but I have a crush on you. I don't want to come between you and your girlfriend, but I had to tell you........sorrreee!

If he has a girlfriend don't try to break them up. It would be selfish and rude. Think about how you would feel if something like that happened to you.
What I would do: Keep being friends with him and don't tell him that you like him (that will probably ruin the relationship and you won't even be friends anymore).
I speak from experience because I've had guys admit that they like me (they thought I liked them too, boy they were wrong) and I feel really uncomfortable being around them knowing they like me!

Well, I think that if he has a girlfriend and you try to pursue him, then he will get the wrong impression of you. My advice is be a good friend to him, and that way when he breaks up with his girlfriend then he'll already know what a wonderful person you are, and maybe he'll be interested in you as more than a friend.

Like I just told someone else your friend has a gf already LEAVE HIM ALONE! Also if you did that it would complicate the friendship or possibly end it so I advise against it. Forget about him as more than a friend and find a guy that is single.

I would just forget about him and try to get over it. If you tell him you like him, he might tell his girlfriend. Then she might be mad at you. There is a very small chance he would break up with her for you. So forget about the idea of that. I would just stay friends. If they break up then sure, go for it. But as of now..it's jsut best to move on and forget about it.

If you really like him and hes your friend , then i think you should only remain as friends, getting in the middle of his current relationship wont bring nothing more than future problems, just think about this, if he breaks up with her for you doesnt that mean he could do the same to you ? If he is your friend then you want the best for him, so just let him go, like they say. If you have something let it go, if it comes back its because it was yours, and if it doesnt its because it was never meant to be. good luck :) Keep me posted.

He has a girlfriend. Would you like it if you were his girlfriend and some girl wanted him to leave you for her? I doubt it, no matter how good her reasons might seem to her. So apply the same thinking to your situation. It's as simple as that.

(i'm a guy) tell him that you love him. BUT don't do anything stupid like kissing him because if he doesn't like you and his g-friend finds out and they break up you lose a friend. Tell him all of your feelings toward him, and try to make sure the g-friend knows that you mean her no harm in their relationship. He will like you for that because you didnt destroy their relationship.
