I looove 7-Eleven's iced coffee but I am trying to stick to a diet. I know that it must be loaded with sugar but I was wondering how bad it really is.. I have been unable to find any nutrition info online. Is it okay to have in moderation or is it a total no-no?

You might want to rethink drinking 7-Eleven's iced mocha or drink it only once a week. While Good Housekeeping rates it very high on taste and lowest in price, it is the worst for calories and fat. A 16 oz serving has 480 calories and 9.3 grams of fat.

Yes. Anything that contains coffee will have caffeine, unless it states that it is decaf.
