I've never heard of any food that would cause a false positive for Pot. However, I believe poppy seeds may cause a false positive, if you eat enough of them that is, for Opioids.

poppy seeds will not give a false positive for thc drug tests! poppy seeds have been shown in rare cases to show up positive for opiates but never ever ever for thc- they are completely different metabolites.

there is no food that will give you a false positive for marijuana, unless of course the food has marijuana in it.

only if you are eating pot brownies. The only thing that can cause a false positive is a certain drug that is made with THC. Im not sure which drug it is though.
