my SIL seems to be schizophrenic....as she is fighting with everybody these days....and apparently have no relations with anybody....does't cook and take good care of her own baby.
she dont wanna see a psychiatrist either.
now my question is should i left my kids alone with such person?(if the situation arise someday)

You shouldn't leave your children with anyone whom you do not trust.

However, your assessment that your SIL is "schizophrenic" may be entirely off base. Although people with schizophrenia may be isolative, argumentative, or take poor care of selves/family, that is certainly not diagnostic in and of itself.

Schizophrenia is a psychotic disorder.

They certainly can be dangerous! Don't leave your kids with SIL! This is experience talking: They honestly don't really think there is anything wrong with hurting the people who care about them. And your SIL is clearly out of control.

She may be schizophrenic or have some other problem. You can't force her to get help but if you have any doubts about your child's safety go with your instincts and hire a sane babysitter.
