First thing to remember is Disneyland does not have employees, they have cast members. Have had several family members work for Disney. All have loved the experience. I never heard anyone mention a bad experience as a cast member.

I never worked at Disneyland. My grand daughter did. Her remarks were the hours were not all that good and the pay was definitely a turn off.

She attended Cal State Fullerton, while employed at Disneyland. For the hours she worked she complained that it was not worth the hassle of driving from her home followed by her attending college.

I hope this has been of some use to you, good luck.

My parents met while they worked there in college and 30 years later they still talk about how much fun they had working there. THink about it... you're outside all day, most people are in a pretty good mood, discounted or free tickets... go for it!
