i took this for 5 and a half years.i am glad i finally quit but you will need to wean yourself off of them.see your doctor and they will help you slowly lower your dosage over a period of probaly a few weeks so you dont suffer so many side effects.they will probaly want to give you a different pill,if you feel you dont need or want to tell them.they cannot force you to stay on pills but you will need help quitting.good luck.

don't stop cold turkey w/o talking to your doctor first. you could have withdrawl symptoms, as well as a huge rebound effect to your depression, anxiety disorder, or whatever the diagnosis is that you're taking it for. best of luck to you.
