I am only 10 lbs over-weight, but i was wondering in general;

What if u eat healthy in the morning, and dinner, but say... 2-4 times a day, u went to McDonalds and ordered 2 cheeszburgers, fries, soda, or u went to a pizza place and ordered 2 slices of pizza with coke,

and say u eat these foods after playing basketball in the park for 2-3 hours and sweating a-lot

Will u gan weight or loose weight? And is it unhealthy?

Don't eat at McDonald's! Instead, go to Subway and eat a sandwich. They're a lot better for you. Don't go to a pizza place, either.

Even though 2-3 hours of exercise is good, you'll be eating more calories than that if you eat unhealthy like in the meal you suggested. Playing basketball in the park for 2-3 hours burns about 200-400 calories per hour. Eating two cheeseburgers, fries, and a soda gives you a whooping 1500 calories approx. That's not going to help you lose weight; instead, you'll gain.

Yes, it's still unhealthy. Exercising and eating right the rest of the day isn't necessarily a ticket to go crazy at other times. A little treat once in a while is fine if your diet and exercise routine are in good order, but definitely not every day or most days. Even for those who exercise, this kind of habit will always come back to haunt you one way or another.

far too many people follow that logic of thinking and wonder why their body stays the same year after year even with regular exercise.

exercise only provides the stimulus that the body needs the diet ultimately determines the shape of the body. you are what you eat.

its still not healthy for you, but the only way you know that your stabilizing your weight is if you burn the same amount of calories you eat. if you want to lose weight, your going to want to burn more calories than you eat.
