Dogs need lots of excercise, and mental stimulation.. If they dont get it from their owners, they will find a way to get it. Very simple way to prevent it
Spend time with her, and excercise her mind and body... put up a fence... and make home her favorite place in the world. It also helps if you take her on a leash to check out the neighborhood..

Your dog is running away because she is working on getting you a dictionary for your birthday and she wants it to be a surprise. Either that or you don't treat her right and she's trying to get away from you.

so does one of my dogs. but i think it has like down syndrome. but it just likes to go visit my neighbors. that dog is dumb as hell

do you ever take her out and walk her? you should make sure she gets enough exersise and attention.
