200 years ago the leaders of Europe and the Church would openly call the Jews the spawn of Satan.

Now they bow their head in humility in front of the Jews.

Every Christian calls the Jews the chosen people while their ancestors only one or two generations before considered the Jews the "cursed people" who were forsaken by God.

The power of this small group to turn masses into completely opposite directions is astounding.

Rabbi Saul (St. Paul) was the best there ever was !!!

Yay?

But thinking that the Jews should be bowed down to is dangerous talk that enrages neo-nazis. We are all equal, no matter what religion or race we are.

Besides, i don't want to be burned in a pit as my ancestors did. Color me cowardly.

He appointed angels to guard the different countries and chosen Israel for Himself. it is not a guy or woman or consistent with hazard a human beings, yet a rustic, in spite of the undeniable fact that I settle for that it implies a human beings. no one else can exchange Gods selection. or refute it, in spite of what specific Christians say or think of. whilst the Jews in the majority did no longer settle for Jesus as Gods son/ the promised messiah, they have been critically punished, the temple became into destroyed and that they've been scattered to the 4 winds. It became into foretold that once the tip cases approached they could regather as a rustic. Israel got here into being in 1947. for just about 2, 000 years they have been without us of a. Jews from eu countries, who've lived there for generations are leaving to pass to Israel and that for a harder extra risky existence. they do no longer understand why, they only experience pressured to pass. It sticks in the craw of Christians that they are seen Gentiles and the Jews nevertheless get priority in Gods eye's, Being the 1st to be raptured and having the indoors courtyard of the hot Jerusalem. Sounds as though the Christians are beginning up to clever up somewhat.

The pentecostal revival was one reason for the change in views. The Holy Spirit was making the Church aware of realities that had got lost in merely human thinking.

Its partly perhaps because the end is close, now Israel is back in their land, and various prophecies can now come true, whereas they have looked impossible for the best part of 2000 years. If you have the knowledge of things you claim (you need some spiritual understanding), you should beware of joining any vast genocidal muslim armies attacking Israel. Some of the more vicious hadiths of Mohammed regarding the Jews will signally fail at that point.

I am not sure you know what you are talking about.

The Bible calls the Jews His chosen people.

Today, some churches believe that they still are and that those who believe the God of Abraham are grafted into the promises made to Abraham. They believe that because that is what the Bible says.

Other churches believe the church has replaced the Jews as the chosen ones, and the Jews are doomed to hell. The Bible does not teach that.

Actually the Bible teaches that when Jesus returns the Jews will bow their knee and confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.

Yes, its amazing how with a little humanity and compassion people get along better and have better lives because of it.

Its truly remarkable that after 3,000 years of war the European content is seeing is first really long period of peace after the second world war.

Maybe if many Arab nations also learned to get along with others they too could achieve peace and prosperity.
