Definately take a good B complex vitamin, the Bs are where you get energy from. Healthy food is going to be your best bet, after you eat junk food your sugar will spike and then drop like heck! Drink plenty of water too then your cells won't be sluggish!

Take vitamins, exercise and eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. That's what seems to help me.
