A language's difficulty is often largely based on the languages you already know.
As a fluent speaker of Spanish, Portugese should be an absolute snap. If you study for say an hour a day, you should be able to acheive fluency in it in not long at all, 5 or 6 months or maybe even sooner. Italian will also be quite easy for someone who already speaks Spanish. French is less similar and the most difficult of the Romance languages, but still as a speaker of Spanish you get a very big bite out of it right off the start.
If I were you I'd go for the other Romance languages just because they are quite common and have a lot of speakers and will be not hard at all for you as a Spanish speaker. It would be foolish not to pick up Portugese or Italian for you. After that if it sparks your interest you can go for something tougher and unrelated.

Since you already know Spanish, Portuguese and Italian shouldn't be too difficult to learn. From what I've heard numerous times, Dutch, German, Afrikkans and other Germanic-based languages can be hard to learn. A friend said that english speakers would also have trouble learning Asian-based languages.

If you know Spanish, then Italian would be easy to learn because they are so similar. My dad speaks fluent Italian and I speak Spanish and I've asked him how to say some things in Italian and they are almost exactly the same as Spanish

German! It's like the parent language of English and is very easy to learn the vocabulary and pronunciation is not that hard. Writing sentences is a bit more challenging, but it's not as hard as everyone thinks it is.
