TO MUCH!!!
well it's true. my friend had purchased a pet through a pet store. it was great the first 2 months and then we had to put it to sleep. it had some feline disease that can be caught from a breeder. and there were tons of little yapping lap dogs too. the place seemed clean but the breeders were gross.
the heartache in having put a little pet to sleep that has been with you a short time can never have a price on it.

The one with the waggity tail. But BEWARE!!! Most pet-shop puppies are from puppy mills and are overpriced anyway! But you probably weren't even thinking about buying a pet-shop puppy I just get very emotional about this topic! :^)!

if your interested in getting a puppy I suggest getting an older dog (no one wants them) at a rescue facility. I STRONGLY DON"T RECCOMEND PETSMART!!! Retired greyhounds are good and so is Boxer Rebound
