This isn't about religion. It's about the hypocrisy of Al Sharpton. He gets Imus fired for derogatory statements but then uses some himself and doesn't even apologize. Imus did but that didn't matter. A shock jock can't say things but a politician can? It makes no sense. Sharpton is an idiot and people need to stop listening to him and giving him air time.
God Bless.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the fastest growing religion in the world. There are more than 50,000 full time missionaries out there. They pray to God in the name of His son Jesus Christ. Tell me what makes them not Christian. They believe in the same Bible as you. They have additional scriptures, another Testament of Jesus Christ, but that does not take away from the Bible. They have high school students who study the Old Testament for one whole school year, and the New Testament for another entire school year. You are mislead if you believe this is not a Christian religion.

What religion isn't a cult. Hard to point fingers isn't it. "They have manmade rules and their own bible" well who doesn't?
"believe being a morman is ok to run our country. It is not ok. Just like it is not ok for muslims to be in our government"
What a freako argument. I thought our country was founded on the notion that there would be "no law regarding an institution of religion."

You can only call a religion a cult for 100 years. After that, it's an established religion. Give it a little respect, just like the Romans gave Christianity respect after 100 years.

I have pity for a person who believes that only a Christian can be president of the United States.
I imagine this same individual would be attacking JFK because he was catholic instead of Protestant or Lincoln because he was a Deist if he lived in their days.

I think it would be refreshing not to have a Christian running the country for a change. But a Mormon would probably not be my first choice, although I don't know much about Romney.
From what I've heard Hannity say, I truly doubt his sanity.

You might want to study the Bill of Rights. We have religious freedom in this country. We also have some laws that state a person can't be discriminated against because of his or her religion.

The same constitutional guarantee that gives you the right to worship as you please also guarantees others the right to worship as they please or not to worship at all.
